BELIEVE

I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.

Looking back at when my journey began, I couldn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. I had so many questions, so much doubt and a lot of anxiety. I still had faith beyond what I could see though. And I was still hopeful that things would one day work out for my good (Romans 8:28). Psalms 119:11 says “I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” I also want to encourage you to hide God’s word in your heart so that His truth will outweigh any lie you may see, think, hear and even tell yourself.

Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.

Hebrews 11:6 NLT

Now, when was the last time, you took inventory of all the prayers that have been answered? Take a moment and pause from whatever you are doing and really think about it. I recently heard a song by Anthem Night Music called “Proof”. Instantly that song brought tears to my eyes to think of all the ways God has proved that He’d do what He said He’d do. My problems are not too big for Him. He’s proved Himself worthy of my trust and He’s proved His word to be true. He’s not asking us to figure it all out by ourselves. He’s simply requiring us to trust and believe that He can. And when you ask, believe that you have it.

Just look how far you’ve come.
